Abstract:
Provided is a method that is for manufacturing recycled reinforcing fibers and that can efficiently collect reinforcing fibers from a fiber-reinforced resin material while using a relatively mild condition. This method for manufacturing recycled reinforcing fibers comprises: a first step for processing, by means of a processing liquid, a fiber-reinforced resin material including a resin and reinforcing fibers to dissolve, in the processing liquid, at least a portion of the resin in the fiber-reinforced resin material; and a second step for heating the fiber-reinforced resin material in a gas atmosphere at 150°C or higher.
