Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a metal material other than strain-free iron powder as a reference piece for X-ray measurement of residual stress. [Solution] The problem is solved by removing inherent strain through the nanocrystallization of at least a portion of the surface of a metallic material and the annealing of the same, and thereby eliminating stress.
