Abstract:
The present invention easily, efficiently, and accurately forms a sacrificial anode layer on the surface of a refrigerant distributor having a complicated shape. Further, the present invention inhibits deterioration of strength in the vicinity of a joint part due to excessive heat treatment during formation of the sacrificial anode layer. The present invention comprises: an application step for applying, to the surfaces of a plurality of outflow sections and the surface of a distributing section, flux for removing aluminum oxides; an alloy placement step for placing a zinc-containing aluminum-silicon alloy on the applied surfaces; a formation step for performing heat treatment on the placed zinc-containing aluminum-silicon alloy and forming a sacrificial anode layer on the surfaces; a brazing material placement step for inserting a plurality of outflow pipes into the respective outflow sections and placing an aluminum-silicon alloy brazing material on the surfaces of the outflow sections; and a brazing step for performing heat treatment on the aluminum-silicon alloy brazing material to braze the plurality of outflow sections and the plurality of outflow pipes.
