Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a relief printing plate comprising at least a support and a layer having a relief surface form. The method comprises a step of applying a liquid containing an ink-repellent component (A) and a curing component onto a printing surface of the layer having a relief surface form and a step of subjecting the layer to a post-treatment after the application step, wherein the ink-repellent component (A) contains at least one type of inorganic compound particles having an average particle diameter of 10 to 100 nm. A relief printing plate comprising at least a support, a layer having a relief surface form and a layer containing an ink-repellent component (A) in this order, wherein the layer containing the ink-repellent component (A) is the outermost layer, and the ink-repellent component (A) contains at least one type of inorganic compound particles having an average particle diameter of 10 to 100 nm.
The present invention addresses the problem of providing: a resin relief printing plate or a flexo printing plate in which the ink clogging in a relief layer, which can be caused during printing, can be prevented effectively; and a method for treating a printing plate, whereby it becomes possible to provide the resin relief printing plate or the flexo printing plate.
