Abstract:
In order to provide a method for manufacturing resin films with which resin films having excellent transparency that is low enough for haze can be manufactured, even if a plurality of dopes with different compositions are sequentially cast, and resin films corresponding to the dopes are sequentially manufactured, a method for manufacturing resin films with which a plurality of dopes with different compositions are made to sequentially flow through a pipe connected to a casting die, and resin films corresponding to the dopes are sequentially manufactured is disclosed. Among the plurality of dopes, three types of dopes that are contiguous in the order of casting on a substrate are set as a first dope, a second dope, and a third dope, in the order in which the dopes are cast on the substrate, and when the solubility parameter (SP value) of the resin of the first dope is established as A, the SP value of the resin of the second dope is established as B, and the SP value of the resin of the third dope is established as C, the method for manufacturing the resin film satisfies {(A+C)/2} - (|A-C|/4) < B < {(A+C)/2} + (|A-C|/4)}.
