Abstract:
The present invention improves the quality and appearance of, for example, a second molded article such as a secondary molded article, which is obtained by performing further resin molding with respect to a first molded article such as a primary molded article. The present invention is a method for manufacturing a resin molded article, in which a first mold 2 that has a cavity 2C formed therein and a second mold 3 that is opposite from the first mold 2 are used to perform further resin molding with respect to a first molded article P1 that has been resin molded and thereby obtain a second molded article P2, the method comprising: a placing step for placing the first molded article P1 in the cavity 2C and keeping a resin material J placed on the first molded article P1; and a mold clamping step for clamping the first mold 2 and the second mold 3 after the placing step.
