Abstract:
A method for producing a resin product in which a resin product is successively switched from a first resin product to a second resin product, after which step (1) through step (4) are performed in sequence. Step (1): Optical characteristics [1], which are actual measured values of optical characteristics of the resin product, are successively measured by an optical characteristic measurement unit. Step (2): Data pertaining to the optical characteristics [1] is quantified, and optical characteristics [2], which are calculated values of the convergence value of the optical characteristics of the resin product, are computed. Step (3): It is determined whether or not the difference between the optical characteristics [2] and the optical characteristics [1] is equal to or less than a value a, and, when the difference is equal to or less than the value a, acceptable is the determination. Acquisition of the second resin product starts from the measurement points on the resin product when acceptable is the determination in step (3).
