Abstract:
A method of manufacturing a rotary-type physical shield purifier comprises the following steps: (1) placing an outer ring, spokes, and a central fastener base respectively into an outer ring recess, spoke recesses and a central hole of a clamping die, then pressing a pressing die onto the spokes; (2) using a welder to weld the points at which the spokes contact the outer ring; (3) providing a central fastener cap on the central fastener base; and, (4) separating the pressing die from the clamping die, and removing the product. In the present invention, first the points at which the spokes contact the outer ring are welded, next the pressing die is pressed onto the spokes, and then the inner end of the spokes are fixed between the central fastener base and the central fastener cap. This completely eliminates the warping or the total distortion of the spokes that can be caused by welding both ends of the spokes or by other connection methods. Thus, each spoke remains on a same plane and the entire purifier disc also remains on one plane. The invention offers such advantages as long service life, high efficiency, high stability, high purification effect, and low production cost.
