Abstract:
The end of a metal shaft (4) capable of rotating is inserted through a through-hole (α) in a plate (21), and the end of the metal shaft (4) exposed outside of the through-hole (α) is crushed, whereby the positional relationship of the plate (21) to the metal shaft (4) is fixed. The outer peripheral length (L1) of the end of the metal shaft (4) before the metal shaft (4) is crushed is greater than the peripheral length (L2) of an outer peripheral line (A) that smoothly connects a contact point (P) between the metal shaft (4) and the plate (21).
