Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a rotor for a high-speed induction motor, and a rotor manufactured using same. The rotor manufactured using the method for manufacturing a high-speed induction motor according to the embodiments of the present invention comprises: a stacked body having a plurality of annular steel plates which are stacked to form a cylindrical shape defining a plurality of slots so as to form a circle passing therethrough in the lengthwise direction; a conductive bar having the shape of a bar and inserted in each of the slots; and a pair of end rings configured in an annular shape, disposed at the top and bottom of the stacked body, and defining a plurality of through-holes corresponding to the slots so that the conductive bar can be inserted therein. The method for manufacturing comprises: a fixing step of sequentially stacking the lower end ring, the stacked body, and the upper end ring, and pressing same against one another such that the steel plates of the stacked body are fixed tightly against one another; a plating step of electroplating a bonding solvent to the surface of the conductive bar; a heating step of inserting the plated conductive bar in each of the through-holes and slots, and heating to a temperature where only the bonding solvent is melted so that the liquid bonding solvent is filled into the gaps formed between the slots, through-holes, and the conductive bar; and a bonding step of cooling the filled bonding solvent to integrally bond the slots, through-holes, and the conductive bar.
