Abstract:
Provided is a method for manufacturing a rotor with which the rotor of a rotary electric machine is manufactured by disposing magnets in a hole section of a rotor core formed by a laminated steel plate, and fixing the magnets to the rotor core by injecting and curing a thermosetting resin, the method comprising: a heating step for heating the rotor core up to a curing start temperature (T3) or higher; a resin injection step for injecting a resin which has a melting start temperature (T1) or higher and is in a liquid phase, by using a resin injection device, into the hole section of the rotor core which has the curing start temperature (T3) or higher; and a magnet fixing step for curing the resin by maintaining the rotor core at the curing start temperature (T3) or higher.
