Abstract:
Provided is a method for manufacturing a rubber molded product, wherein unvulcanized rubber can be filled into a die while bubbles and voids are prevented, and the rubber property after vulcanization molding can be satisfactorily maintained. Specifically provided is a method for manufacturing a rubber molded product (7), wherein unvulcanized rubber filled into a die (1) is demolded after being heated and vulcanized. Said method is characterized in that a space in the die (1) is divided into a plurality of regions, the unvulcanized rubber is filled into one of the plurality of regions while the one region is partitioned from the other regions by a partition member (25), this process is repeated until the final region among the plurality of regions, and the unvulcanized rubber is filled into the final region after the partition member (25) is removed from the die (1) to thereby fill the unvulcanized rubber into all of the regions.
