Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a sealed cell capable of reducing leakage of helium introduced into external packaging. This method for manufacturing a sealed cell comprises a leak detection step for detecting leakage of helium (H) introduced into external packaging (30), the method further comprising: a processing step for increasing the apparent specific gravity of helium (H) by generating a mixed gas (G) produced by mixing helium (H) and a hydrocarbon with a specific gravity greater than helium (H); an introduction step for introducing helium (H), in a state where the apparent specific gravity of the helium (H) has been increased by introducing the mixed gas (G), inside the external packaging (30); and a sealing step for sealing the external packaging (30) into which the helium (H) has been introduced.
