Abstract:
A method for manufacturing seamless sporting gloves, comprising the following steps: S1. providing an outer sleeve mold and a ball stopper mold, the outer sleeve mold being constructed by an inner mold and an outer mold, the outer mold (12) being a metal mold, the inner mold (11) being a plastic mold and having a hand space for sleeving each finger and a palm into the glove remained in an inner support of the inner mold (11), and the outer mold (12) being provided with micropores for automatic venting; S2. performing one-time perfusion modeling respectively on the outer sleeve mold and the ball stopper mold by a perfusion machine; and S3. manually stringing the outer sleeve and the ball stopper manufactured in the step S2. Also provided are seamless sporting gloves.
