Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a secondary original fabric roll for a tissue paper product used as a multi stand-type interfolder, said manufacturing method providing high productivity by slightly improving existing equipment without requiring extensive improvement of equipment. The method for manufacturing a secondary original fabric roll for a tissue paper product comprises: a lamination process (51) in which primary continuous sheets (S11, S12) that unroll from a plurality of primary original fabric rolls (JR) are laminated in the direction of continuation thereof to form a laminated continuous sheet (S2); primary liquid agent spraying processes (40A, 40B) in which a liquid agent is sprayed onto the laminated continuous sheet (S2); secondary liquid agent application processes (53A, 53B) in which the liquid agent is applied by means of flexographic printing or gravure printing after the primary liquid agent spraying processes (40A, 40B); a slitting process (55) in which the laminated continuous sheet (S2) is slit so as to have the same width as a tissue paper product or several times the width of a tissue paper product; and a winding process (56) in which the slit laminated continuous sheets (S2) are wound coaxially to form a plurality of secondary original fabric rolls (R) having the same width as a tissue paper product or several times the width of a tissue paper product.
