Abstract:
A method and a device for manufacturing a sheet for extraction bags by which the sheet for extraction bags can be manufactured at high production speed, and higher design flexibility and easier maintenance of the manufacturing device can be achieved. The method for manufacturing a sheet (1A) for extraction bags in which tags (3) bonded to a thread material (4b) are arranged at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction of a water-filterable sheet (2) comprises (1) the step of forming patterns of the tags (3) at predetermined intervals and the thread material (4b) which overlaps with each of the tags (3) on a rotary support body (10), (2) the step of shifting the patterns of the tags (3) and the thread material (4b) from the rotary support body (10) to the water-filterable sheet (2), and (3) the step of, after step (2), bonding the tags (3) and the thread material (4b) to the water-filterable sheet (2).
