Abstract:
Provided are silver nanoparticle-containing ink in which excellent electroconductivity is expressed by low-temperature baking, and silver nanoparticles are adequately dispersed in a stable manner in a dispersive solvent; and a manufacturing method therefor. A method for manufacturing silver nanoparticle-containing ink, comprising: mixing a silver compound with an amine containing an aliphatic hydrocarbon monoamine (A) composed of an aliphatic hydrocarbon group and a single amino group, the aliphatic hydrocarbon group having six or more carbon atoms, and at least one of an aliphatic hydrocarbon monoamine (B) composed of an aliphatic hydrocarbon group and a single amino group, the aliphatic hydrocarbon group having five or fewer carbon atoms and an aliphatic hydrocarbon diamine (C) composed of an aliphatic hydrocarbon group and two amino groups, the aliphatic hydrocarbon group having eight or fewer carbon atoms, to produce a complex compound containing the silver compound and the amine; heating the complex compound to bring about heat decomposition to form silver nanoparticles; and dispersing the silver nanoparticles in a dispersive solvent containing the aliphatic hydrocarbon.
