Title:
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SILVER PARTICLES
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2014/189024
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention provides, in relation to a method for manufacturing silver particles, a method by which silver particles having a regular grain size can be manufactured, while also adjusting the grain size within a range of several dozen to several hundred nm. This invention is a method for heating a reaction system including a thermally degradable silver-amine complex precursor and manufacturing silver particles, wherein the invention pertains to a method for manufacturing silver particles that comprises a step for manufacturing the silver-amine complex, a step for adding an organic compound having as a framework an amide (carboxylic acid amide) to the reaction system, and a step for heating the reaction system, the water content of the reaction system before heating being 20-100 weight parts to 100 weight parts of the silver compound. Using this invention, uniform silver particles can be manufactured while controlling particle size.
