Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a skin-friendly sanded yarn. The method comprises the following steps: (1), fabricating a raw yarn into a loop yarn or a thick-thin yarn; (2), guiding the yarn made in the step (1) into a reel (9) at a certain yarn speed, such that the yarn is carried by the reel (9) to obtain a certain curvature; and (3), guiding the resulting yarn with the certain yarn speed and curvature in the step (2) into a grinding wheel with an inner hole, where the yarn passes through the inner hole of the grinding wheel and runs with a high-speed rotation, such that an outer portion of the yarn rubs against an inner wall of the grinding wheel through 360 degrees and is emerized, thereby achieving a sanding effect and ultimately resulting in a skin-friendly sanded yarn. The manufacturing method according to the present invention resolves the issues of a filament being unable to serve as a brushed yarn, as well as hair dropping of a common brushed yarn, improving critical-to-qualities at multiple levels with improved softness and yarn evenness. Moreover, the product has far more uses than that of a brushed yarn, and can be used for a woven product, apparel and accessories, among others. In particular, a decrease in cost by about 10% and an increase in efficiency by 5% can be achieved when compared to a traditional process. The present invention has superior practicality and may be favorably promoted.
