Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing soft magnetic/hard magnetic multi-layer bulk, and a soft magnetic/hard magnetic multi-layer bulk manufactured by same, and the subject matter relates to comprising: a multi-layer thin film tape deposition step of depositing a soft magnetic/hard magnetic multi-layer thin film tape formed from a soft magnetic material and a hard magnetic material on a substrate; a stripping step of separating the multi-layer thin film tape formed on the substrate into the multi-layer thin film tape and the substrate; and a bulking step of performing bulking by using either a laminating and bonding process for laminating and bonding the separated multi-layer thin film tape or a powder compression process for powderizing and compression-molding the separated multi-layer thin film tape. Therefore, a high performance magnet can be manufactured through soft magnet/hard magnet exchange-coupling, and a miniaturized measurement device can be formed by substituting a conventional electromagnet with a permanent magnet.
