Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a solar cell module. The method for manufacturing a solar cell module, according to the present invention, comprises the steps of: depositing a second intrinsic amorphous silicon layer on a second surface of a crystalline silicon wafer; depositing a second doping silicon layer on the surface of the second intrinsic amorphous silicon layer; depositing a first intrinsic amorphous silicon layer on a first surface of the crystalline silicon wafer; depositing a first doping amorphous silicon layer on the surface of the first intrinsic amorphous silicon layer; depositing at least one microcrystalline silicon layer on the surface of the first doping amorphous silicon layer; depositing a first transparent conductive film layer on the surface of the microcrystalline silicon layer; depositing a second transparent conductive film layer on the surface of the second doping amorphous silicon layer; forming an upper electrode on the surface of the first transparent conductive film layer; and forming a lower electrode on the surface of the second transparent conductive film layer.
