Abstract:
A solar cell module according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises at least one electrically connected photovoltaic cell. The photovoltaic cell comprises: a first electrode; a partition electrode provided on one side of the first electrode and connected to a portion of the first electrode; a self-assembled monolayer provided on at least one of the partition electrode and the first electrode; an active layer selectively positioned with respect to the self-assembled monolayer; and a second electrode provided on the active layer and spaced apart from the partition electrode.
