Abstract:
A non-magnetic member 32, a first magnetic member 34, and a second magnetic member 36 are prepared, and the first magnetic member 34 and the second magnetic member 36 are connected to the non-magnetic member 32. A first joining part 56 that joints the non-magnetic member 32 and the first magnetic member 34, and a second joining part 60 that joints the non-magnetic member 32 and the second magnetic member 36 are formed, and the non-magnetic member 32, the first magnetic member 34, and the second magnetic member 36 are diffusion-bonded by carrying out a hot isotropic pressurization process. Then, the non-magnetic member 32, the first magnetic member 34, and the second magnetic member 36 are processed into hollow shapes, and through the process of removing the first joining part 56 and the second joining part 60, the non-magnetic member 32 becomes a non-magnetic body 26, the first magnetic member 34 becomes a first magnetic body 28, the second magnetic member 36 becomes a second magnetic body 30, thus obtaining a sleeve 10.
