Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a speed-regulating groove part, comprising: after forming a body (1) by means of plastic injection molding, injection molding or other processing methods, applying a laser processing technology to the processing and manufacturing of a speed regulation groove part. Early-stage components are separated from high-precision processing procedures, and non-contact fine processing may reduce the impact of processing on a plastic injection molding process, such that the precision of cutting, drilling, and ablation on most materials may be ensured and stable product quality may be maintained. The method may be used in the fields of medical device components manufacturing and medical devices.
