Abstract:
Provided are a method of manufacturing a tooth segment, the method being capable of forming the tooth surface with improved forming accuracy without increasing the forming pressure within a die in the forging of the tooth segment, a die for manufacturing a tooth segment, and a tooth segment. In a method of manufacturing a tooth segment (10), a raw material is crushed, subjected to rough formation in a die (50) while being tilted relative to the pressurizing direction (step S11 to step S13), and then subjected to finish formation (step S14) to form the tooth segment (10) having five teeth.
