Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a stainless steel composite pipes, the method comprising: cladding a polymer layer having thickness of 0.01m-0.1mm onto the surface of an inner pipe of stainless steel composite pipes; placing the inner pipe into an outer pipe, and stretching the two steel pipes through a process of: preparing raw materials for the inner and outer pipes→lubricating the outer surface of the outer pipe→lubricating the inner surface of the inner pipe→winding a polymer layer onto the outer surface of the inner pipe→placing the inner pipe into the outer pipe→heads retracting→stretching→making a reductive atmosphere thermal treatment→cutting the head and the tail to determine a size→straightening→flaw detecting→semi-finished product cleaning→immersing in aqueous rust preventive and draining off→packaging and warehousing for dispatch. The method for manufacturing stainless steel composite pipes solves the problems of weak binding pressure between the inner pipe and the outer pipe and a low thermal conductivity, thereby remarkably decreasing usage amount of heat exchanger stainless steel pipes in industries such as oil, chemical engineering, chemical fertilizer, power station, shipbuilding, refrigeration, foods, pharmacy, nuclear industry, military industry, maritime industry, water supply and drainage industry, hence this method reduces cost, and is green, environment protective and energy-saving.
