Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a steel plate that is hot-dip galvanized on side thereof. A galvanization inhibitor includes silicon polyester epoxy resin, butylated melamine resin, black iron oxide pigment, mica, and silica, and a method for manufacturing a steel plate that is hot-dip galvanized on side thereof using a galvanization inhibitor includes coating the galvanization inhibitor on one side of a steel plate, and immersing the steel plate in a hot-dip bath to perform a galvanization process. Since a galvanization inhibitor, the adhesion of which is excellently inhibited and which may be easily removed, is used, the manufacture of a steel plate that is hot-dip galvanized on side thereof is facilitated. Thus, the present invention is advantageous in that manufacturing costs are reduced and a one side hot-dip galvanized steel plate may be easily manufactured.
