Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a sterilizing bag according to the present invention includes: a slit formation step for forming, in at least one laminate film from among two laminate films obtained by laminating together a seal layer containing at least one of low-density polyethylene and straight-chain low-density polyethylene and a base material layer containing high-density polyethylene, a plurality of slits that allow communication through the laminate film, the plurality of slits being formed along a transport direction of the laminate film; a covering step for providing a breathable base material to the seal-layer-side surface of the laminate film in which the slits are formed, such that the breathable base material covers the slits; and a welding step for superimposing the two laminate films along the transport direction of the laminate films such that the seal-layer sides thereof face each other, and welding the outer peripheral edge sections of the two laminate films together while allowing a non-welded opening to remain, to form a seal part.
