Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a strengthened composite screen, comprising: adhering a synthetic fiber mesh (1) on a die-cast component or a frame constructed using an aluminum tube, then stacking a metallic fiber mesh (2); applying a coating of an adhesive (3) on an outer periphery of the synthetic fiber mesh (1) and metallic fiber mesh (2); and adhering a solvent-resistant tape (4) at a connection of the synthetic fiber mesh (1) and metallic fiber mesh (2). The method has the advantages of dust prevention, ink leakage prevention, and ease of operation.
