Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a method for manufacturing stretchable sheet that is capable of suppressing neck-in. [Solution] This method includes a supply step for interposing a stretchable elastic film 30 , in an extended state, between a first sheet layer 21 that is not stretchable and a second sheet layer 22 that is not stretchable. During the supply step, thermofusion energy is applied by a thermofusion device from the outside of the first layer sheet 21 and the second layer sheet 22 to multiple joining part regions having gaps opened therebetween, the elastic film 30 is melted, and the first layer sheet 21 and the second layer sheet 22 are joined at the plurality of joining parts directly or through the elastic film 30 interposed therebetween. The elastic film 30 is fed between an opposing roller 63 and a nip roller 65, is fed to surround the opposing roller 63, and subsequently is fed to surround an anvil roller 60. The peripheral speed of the anvil roller 60 is faster than the peripheral speed of the opposing roller 63, whereby the elastic film 30 is extended.
