Abstract:
A method for manufacturing surface-roughened silver nanowire. The method comprises the following steps: i, dissolving silver nitrate, a surfactant, and a halogen salt in a polyol to obtain a solution a, and dissolving silver nitrate in ethylene glycol to obtain a solution b; ii, adding solution a to solution b, and when the reaction is 75-85% complete, adding a solution of ferric nitrate in ethylene glycol until the reaction is complete; iii, rinsing and performing centrifugal sedimentation to obtain silver nanowire, and iv, dispersing the silver nanowire in a weak acidic solution containing ascorbic acid to react, performing centrifugal sedimentation, and obtaining surface-roughened silver nanowire. The manufacturing method synthesizes a nano-silver material having a reactive metal on the surface thereof by adding ions of the reactive metal and removes the reactive metal on the surface of the nano-silver by means of acid/alkaline etching, so as to obtain silver nanowire having high roughness.
