Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing synthetic wood with a noctilucent display part. The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing synthetic wood that comprises the steps of: providing a first material consisting of 50 to 60 weight parts of wood powder, 30 to 50 weight parts of an olefin-based resin, 1 to 5 weight parts of a binder, and 2 to 5 weight parts of a masterbatch; injecting the first material into a first extruder, and injecting a noctilucent masterbatch into a second extruder to prepare an extrusion process; and performing the extrusion process by enabling the first material and the noctilucent masterbatch to simultaneously pass through the mold which has a rectangular extrusion cross-section and a convex portion formed on at least one surface thereof, wherein said first material is formed into synthetic wood having a concave portion, and said noctilucent masterbatch fills the concave portion of the synthetic wood to integrally form the noctilucent display part with the synthetic wood.
