Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a tantalum sintered body comprising: a step of providing a tantalum scrap; a hydrogenation step of hydrogenating the tantalum scrap to form a tantalum hydride; a pulverization step of pulverizing the tantalum hydride to prepare a tantalum hydride powder; a molding step of molding the tantalum hydride powder to prepare a tantalum hydride molded body; and a sintering step of sintering the tantalum hydride molded body to prepare a tantalum sintered body. The method according to the present invention has an advantage of preparing a highly pure tantalum sintered body with relative simplicity and low cost.
