Abstract:
An insulating base material (10) having disposed therein intermediate sections (40c, 50c) or conductive pastes (41, 51) that constitute the intermediate sections, a front surface protection member (20) having a front surface pattern (21) formed thereon, and a rear surface protection member (30) having a rear surface pattern (31) formed thereon are prepared. Then, a laminate body (90) is configured, said laminate body having disposed therein: between the front surface pattern (21) and the intermediate sections (40c, 50c) or the conductive pastes (41, 51) constituting the intermediate sections, first end sections (40a, 50a) or the conductive pastes (41, 51) constituting the first end sections; and between the rear surface pattern (31) and the intermediate sections (40c, 50c) or the conductive pastes (41, 51) constituting the intermediate sections, second end sections (40b, 50b) or the conductive pastes (41, 51) constituting the second end sections. Then, the laminate body (90) is integrated so as to form thermoelectric conversion elements (40, 50).
