Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a thermoelectric converter, which comprises
a step wherein an alcohol dispersion containing ceramic particles having an
average particle diameter of 1-100 nm and a salt of an element constituting a thermoelectric
conversion material is prepared, then the dispersion is dropped into a solution
containing a reducing agent, thereby precipitating raw material particles
of the thermoelectric conversion material, and then the raw material particles
are subjected to a heat treatment followed by sintering.
