Abstract:
A method for manufacturing the thermoplastic resin pre-impregnated fiber structure comprises following steps: the thermoplastic resin impregnated fiber cloths are baked; the resulted fiber boards are tailored at a predetermined dimension; then the boards are stacked and pressed as heat is applied to form a preferred shape. Within which, a thermoplastic resin impregnated surface sheet may join fiber boards to be pressed. The stack may further go through secondary injection molding to produce desired structures which are integrated with other parts.
