Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing thermoplastic synthetic resin products, and more particularly, to a method for manufacturing thermoplastic synthetic resin products comprising the steps of: preparing a mold having a cavity engraved into a certain shape; filling the cavity of the mold with thermoplastic synthetic resin materials more than the volume of the cavity of the mold; heating the mold at a pressing state; releasing the pressure and opening the mold when the thermoplastic synthetic resin materials filling the cavity of the mold are molten by the applied heat; removing the materials other than those filling the cavity of the mold from among the molten thermoplastic synthetic resin materials in the opened mold; loading a selection of either a fabric or a hot melt on an upper surface of the mold, of which a cavity is filled with the thermoplastic synthetic resin materials; and cooling the mold at a pressing state so that the thermoplastic synthetic resin materials contacting the either the selected fabric or hot melt are integrated with the fabric or hot melt.
