Abstract:
The present invention provides a method by which an anchorless toothbrush combining a soft tooth brushing feeling and excellent cleaning performance can be easily manufactured to have uniform quality, the method comprising the steps of: heat-treating tapered sections (length: 3-8 mm) of fine bristles (thickness: 0.07-0.14 mm); planting the fine bristles, which have the heat-treated tapered sections, into large-area bristle planting holes (area: at least 19 mm2) of a head insert; and coupling the head insert, in which the fine bristles are planted, to a toothbrush head. Also, the present invention provides an anchorless toothbrush manufactured by the method.
