Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a touch panel including the steps of: preparing a substrate for touch panels having a structure in which an electrode and wiring are arranged on the substrate; providing a photosensitive layer that contains a specific azole compound, etc., on the surface of the substrate for touch panels on the side where the wiring is arranged; exposing a pattern on the photosensitive layer; developing the pattern-exposed photosensitive layer and thereby forming a protective layer having an opening for causing a portion of the wiring to be exposed; providing a pigmented layer that spreads over the protective layer and the wiring exposed in the opening; and exposing a pattern on the pigmented layer to develop the pigmented layer and thereby forming a pigmented pattern on the protective layer and causing the wiring to be exposed in the opening.
