Abstract:
A method of manufacturing a multi-layer toy comprises the following steps: S1, preparing a definite quantity of boiling oil; S2, formulating two plastic emulsions having different hardness values; S3, injecting the soft emulsion into a mold, and placing the mold in the boiling oil to form a first flexible casing; S4, injecting the hard emulsion into the mold, and placing the mold in the boiling oil to form a second hard casing; and S5, after a cooling operation has been performed for molding, opening and removing the mold to form a plastic toy having a soft exterior and a hard interior. The method solves a problem in which multi-layer toys made by traditional manufacturing methods have inconsistent hardness, and enables a toy to provide a tactile feedback resembling human skin.
