Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a transparent bathtub, solving the problems of high manufacturing raw material cost, low product hardness and intensity, and poor surface glossiness of existing transparent bathtubs. The method comprises the following steps: weighing raw materials required for preparing a transparent bathtub: resin, a mineral material, color paste, a curing agent, and an accelerator; proportionally distributing and uniformly stirring the raw materials; heating the raw materials to a required temperature by means of a baking device; after polishing, waxing and preheating a die, performing pressing and pouring to obtain a blank body; and heating the obtained blank body, and performing curing, cooling, demolding, and curing treatment in the heating process. The manufactured bathtub has the advantages of high temperature resistance, high hardness, acid and alkali resistance, impact resistance, easiness in cleaning, and no radioactivity.
