Abstract:
The present invention relates to a transparent conductive film and a manufacturing method therefor and, more particularly, to a method for manufacturing a transparent conductive film, which deposits both a low refractive index coating layer and a high refractive index coating layer constituting a refractive index matching layer by using one Si target, and thereby can simply form the refractive index matching layer without expensive pieces of equipment such as a gas separator.
