Title:
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING TRANSPARENT HEAT INSULATING FILM USING ROTARY SCREEN PRINTING METHOD, AND TRANSPARENT HEAT INSULATING FILM MANUFACTURED THEREBY
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2021/066273
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a transparent heat insulating film using a rotary screen printing method, and a transparent heat insulating film manufactured thereby. More particularly, the transparent heat insulating film is characterized by comprising: adhesive dots (120) in contact with a glass window; and a transparent resin film (110) which is utilized as a space for ensuring heat insulating performance of the window glass through air layers between grid patterns of the adhesive dots (120), wherein the adhesive dots (120) are formed in the transparent resin film (110) by pushing an adhesive, stored rotationally inside a printing groove screen (1100) constituting a rotary screen dot printing device (1000) for implementing a rotary screen printing method, to the outside via slots (1101) of the printing groove screen (1100) by means of a squeezer (1300) provided inside the printing groove screen (1100). According to the present invention, the transparent heat insulating film is formed from a transparent resin material, and thus dot-type printing can be neatly performed without waste while ensuring visibility from the outside of the glass window. Also, heat insulating performance is attained by using the air layers between the dots, and the transparent heat insulating film is a dot-type film and thus easy to attach, and conversely, is a removable-type film, and thus also easy to remove. A rotary screen method solves the problem of wasting adhesive in contrast to existing gravure printing methods in which the adhesive is removed by a blade. Also, a plurality of individual heat insulating films obtained using dot-shaped adhesive layers can be easily stacked and used, and thus there is an effect in which a user can easily select the level of heat insulating performance by selectively attaching two or more films according to the heat insulating efficiency. Also, there is an advantage in that the rotary screen method can be utilized as an optimal method for separately forming a base adhesive for forming adhesive-type dots and an adhesive region for controlling refractive index.
