Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an ultrathin graphene membrane having nanopores, comprising the steps of: (a) sequentially depositing an etching layer and a mask layer on one surface of a metal foil; (b) etching the etching layer of a part where the mask layer is removed through annealing; (c) forming a graphene layer by adding a carbon compound onto the metal foil exposed by the etching in step (b); (d) adding a curing agent so that same completely encompasses the graphene layer, the etching layer and the mask layer, performing curing, and then removing the metal foil; (e) etching the etching layer leftover from step (b); and (f) removing the curing agent and obtaining the graphene layer.
