Title:
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING USEFUL SUBSTANCE IN WHICH HIGH-DENSITY CULTURED STRAIN OF FILAMENTOUS FUNGI IS USED
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2014/073674
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A problem to be resolved by the present invention is to allow filamentous fungi to be cultured in high density, and a useful substance to be thereby mass-produced. The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a substance, the method including: a step for culturing mutant-type filamentous fungi that do not express α-1,3-glucan, and causing the filamentous fungi to produce the substance; and a step for collecting the substance that was obtained.
