Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a vapor generator having retention members (14) disposed between heat transfer tubes (5), wherein the method includes: a step for stacking two horizontally arranged heat transfer tube layers (5A); and a step for inserting a retention member (14) between the heat transfer tube layers (5A). The steps are alternated from below to above. In the method for manufacturing a vapor generator, due to only one heat transfer tube layer (5A) being present above the retention member (14), the position of the front end (bend section) of the retention member (14) can be visually confirmed from above. As a result, the retention member (14) can be inserted into a predetermined position between the heat transfer tubes (5).
