Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a Velcro transfer label, and a Velcro transfer label manufactured thereby. The method for manufacturing a Velcro transfer label according to the present invention comprises: a computer graphics process of embodying on a computer, and printing, patterns, trademarks or symbols of various colors to be expressed on a fabric; a hot melt film coating process of coating a hot melt film on a printed matter prepared in the computer graphics process, on which patterns or symbols of various colors are printed; a heat sealing process of thermally sealing, in a predetermined temperature range, a Velcro tape to the hot melt film-coated printed matter prepared in the hot melt film coating process; a cutting process of cutting a product completed in the heat sealing process into the shape of the patterns or symbols of various colors; and a heat transfer and compression process of attaching the patterns or symbols of various colors, which are cut in the cutting process, to the fabric. Said features allow the Velcro transfer label manufactured according to the present invention to have high aesthetics and soft texture, and express clear and various colors by performing the hot melt film coating process, the heat sealing process, the cutting process, the heat transfer and compression process or a sewing process after various patterns, trademarks or symbols are embodied.
