Abstract:
The present specification relates to: a method for manufacturing a viewing angle compensation film, comprising the steps of preparing a substrate and forming a pattern layer on the substrate, wherein the pattern layer comprises a first surface including a flat surface and a second surface facing the first surface, the second surface includes a plurality of protruding portions, each of the protruding portions includes a first inclined surface and a second inclined surface, and the angle (θ) formed by the first inclined surface and the second inclined surface is 20° to 60°; a method for manufacturing a polarizing plate by using a viewing angle compensation film manufactured by the described manufacturing method; a viewing angle compensation film; a polarizing plate; and a display device including same.
