Abstract:
The present invention aims to provide a technology suited to the work of concentrating a plurality of wire-shaped members. Provided is a method for manufacturing a wire harness, in which a wire harness 10 is manufactured by concentrating a plurality of electrical wires 11 that extend from a connector 14 by means of a robot hand 34 while bundling the electrical wires at a position spaced apart from the connector 14. Therein, route information W1 of the plurality of electrical wires 11 that extend from the connector 14 is obtained. Next, an opening/closing drive amount of a claw part 36 of the robot hand 34 is obtained on the basis of the obtained route information W1 of the plurality of electrical wires 11 and a current opening/closing amount W2 of the claw part 36. The claw part 36 is then driven to open/close in the obtained opening/closing drive amount so as to concentrate the electrical wires 11.
