Abstract:
The present invention provides a human hematopoietic stem cell surface marker, C1>qp<, which is present on both CD34?-> and CD34<+> stem cells. This marker can be used to advantage in methods for the positive selection of both CD34<-> and CD34<+> stem cell populations.
